Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with verticast. It is part of our Terms of Service. Because verticast publishes on your behalf to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, you must also follow each of those platforms’ own community guidelines and terms — content that breaks their rules breaks this policy too.

You must not use verticast to upload, schedule, or publish content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors, or is otherwise child sexual abuse material;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence against people or groups;
• depicts or promotes graphic violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or knowingly spreads harmful misinformation;
• contains malware, or links intended to harm or deceive;
• impersonates another person or organisation, or misrepresents your identity.

You must not:

• use the service to send spam or engage in inauthentic, automated, or coordinated manipulation of any platform;
• attempt to bypass platform limits, rate limits, or review systems;
• access the service through anything other than the interfaces we provide, or scrape, probe, or overload our systems;
• reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service;
• use another person’s account, or share access in a way that breaks platform rules;
• interfere with the security or proper functioning of the service.

If we believe content or conduct breaks this policy, we may remove content, suspend or terminate your account, and, where required, report the matter to the relevant platform or authorities. We may act with or without notice depending on the severity.

If you believe content published through verticast breaks this policy, report it to us at privacy@verticast.io.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
